Tried to hit the drive-thru around 8pm and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned the food prep area…seems like a strange time to do something like that but whatever. What a waste of time!!!! I have stopped at Taco Bell in Fort Atkinson 3 times in the last couple of months...don't really love the food but every once in awhile I crave a hard shell taco...every time I have stopped, usually on a Saturday around supper time I am told there will be a wait. Workers are rude there so is the management. Ugly attitude, order is never right and service very bad.
