Arrived at 1145pm into the store, nobody takes my order so I use the self serve to place order and as I’m waiting to pay cash at the counter, a young man comes and informs me I can still order my food but they will be closing the lobby at 12, and I told him I still have to pay and how I could’ve been waited on and been done faster but he just walks away with his hands up in the air. Called the restaurant because my beefy nachos were missing cheese and guacamole and didn't receive my burrito and the asst manager was very rude didn't even apologize and refused to give me his name so I could report him to corporate. Terrible service from him.
