Taco Bell has gotten much better in recent years! I got the soft tacos and the ingredients all seemed very fresh. They were as high quality as something I would make at home but with that distinct Taco Bell taste!
I want to make it clear that this review is not about the workers. I've worked fast food before. It's hard work and for little pay. What happened earlier today is not because the workers did anything wrong. Management screwed up It's unacceptable for customers to be put into situations where they cannot actually leave the drive through because of how the line has wrapped.
