I had a problem with my food, I won't go in details, but it was unbelievably bad. So the next day I went in to show my order. First of, they had only 2 workers and manager who was running the line and taking care of the front. She kindly apologized, gave me my full refund. DON'T BLAME THE EMPLOYEES..Corporations are to blame. They can't even schedule enough people. Shame on them.
I ordered 2 regular tacos and free senior drink. Was told no longer do free drinks. Asked for receipt, no longer do receipts. Order came up asked for hot sauce. Got to my seat no sauce in bag. Order was 2 soft tacos, oh well. Went back to get sauce, asked if I had ordered Taco Bell. Really? Just picked it up 2 minutes ago. The tables were dirty. Barely any food in tacos!
This place sucked, staff is rude, their computers don’t work, their portions are insanely small and/or improperly prepared. Nobody in line behind us they ask us to pull around to the front where everyone else was waiting and then the worker had the audacity to tell us to park elsewhere after telling us to come around the front to wait like everyone else was. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to
Check your order and need to clean the oil more often
Does not participate in the app or rewards program at this location. Attempted to order through apps on both KFC and Taco Bell @ this location NO GO!!!. Went inside to order and was informed by the counter employee they are a franchise they don't have to participate in rewards, app or online ordering. And there you have it my good money went to another chain. 7 person order no further return- ouch franchise owner.
