Terrible service. No lettuce? And why are you a taco joint? Very upset! Got tacos with no lettuce, I let them make arrangements because they were out of nacho cheese also. This place sucks! Order completely messed up. Have gone here a few times and each time it gets worse. Manager needs to fire everyone and hire new. They are lazy and don't want to fix drink machine, don't double check the orders, food does not taste like other Taco Bells. If Manager cannot get employees under control, then fire the Manager as well. AVOID THE TACO BELL IN GREENVILLE, ILLINOIS
Been eating here for lunch a lot often , foods been fresh and employees have been friendly! Today Kaylee helped us and once she was done helping us she was out in the lobby cleaning tables AND chairs! Taylor has been the one making our Taco Bell orders and she doesn’t disappoint! Food is always fresh and hot and made correct and I don’t think I’ve ever saw her in a bad mood. She’s fast and accurate and imo would be next up for a promotion if one came available.
