I come through the drive through at least 3 times a week I get the EXACT SAME THING every time I come. Black bean grilled cheese burritos with NO SOUR CREAM ADD TOMATOS, this is now the 5th time I have gotten my good after verifying with the drive through my order. On the screen it's correct however I'll get home and my food is rarely correct. Tonight on 3/8/26 it happened AGAIN. I have not seen this combination before. There is a signe to order at the kiosk, but you can only order Taco Bell, if you want a little Taco Bell and a little Long John Silvers you need to flag down a staff member to take your order. The inside was very well designed, but it wasn't well kept. The staff are busy but mostly clowning around. A few customers including myself had to go back to the counter due to items not being included in our order. The food however tasted like most Taco Bells.
