Everytime I go through the drive through and ask for a bean and cheese burrito with nacho cheese they charge me $1.00 but never put it in and every time I call they don’t answer

I have always been satisfied with my food outcome and have not ever had to go back in. I’ve lived around the area for over 10 years. I just want to mention Angel, about four or more months ago she was also my cashier and was soft spoken and kind, coming back today, I remembered him and want to say thank you!
