Hit or miss. They have no problem making a loaded potato griller but I ordered a crunch wrap today and it was just... not right. The Tortilla was falling apart and barely held the thing together. The fillings were also poorly distributed and made the whole thing just unappetizing so I went ahead and tossed it. After said tossing it shattered into multiple pieces (but not the Toscana on the inside somehow which is supposed to be Crispy or rather crunchy?) Do not go to this Taco Bell in Ware Mass the worst I've ever seen in my life. I won't even get into details please take my word for it save your money. I don't even know why they're still in business. Read some of the reviews from this place and you will understand. It's almost Criminal what this place is doing it's just a matter of time before law gets involved
