I’m made a mollie order from my house in belchertown I being in a rush. get to the location I talk to some AI drive through bot that was quick tell them I have a mobile order then I get the window they tell me to pull around I wait 15 more minutes. there wasn’t a line in the drive through or inside. I feel bad for the one or two workers you have maybe you should staff better stop being so cheap you already have an Ai taking orders how hard is it to staff the kitchen at that point 1/12/26
Always pleasant
Good people but need to hire staff for the evening, dont be cheap with offering incentives, Bonuses even a raise for evening guys. 30 mins for my order to be completed after i paid but then rwalized it was only 1 guy working is insane, needs better management i even offered to help him makes orders
Do not come to this location every time I order my order is missing something we’re completely wrong and if it’s from DoorDash, just forget it at that point disgusting workers always got attitude places always dirty in the food is never correct.
