I dont know why I stopped here for lunch, i should have known better. Oredered and waited 30 minutes for three tacos. I mean I know its Ware so High School educations are tough to come by, but its a taco.....Never got the tacos, staff are probaby still looking at the pictures to figure out which end the meat goes in......
All out of what was ordered thru their app. Employees standing around in parking lot talking with freinds. Apparently the franchise has absolutely no interest in his own business. Corporate needs to pull this franchisees franchise. This store is giving Taco Bell an extremely bad reputation.
Had a door dash ordered for me so I didn't have to stop packing and could eat. The order was supposedly picked up by someone with the same order number (somehow our fault) and our door dasher was told they didn't have the food. Instead of admitting they let someone else take the food they had us cancel the order, made the door dash driver stand there for another 10 minutes while we replaced the order, and then cancelled the order on us because they were, according to door dash, "out of one or more items ordered".
