Don’t understand why these places can’t just employ a human to take orders in the drive thru versus an AI which got one part of my order wrong, to my surprise this mistake would ruin my food as I got a 3 tacos full to the brim with so much refried beans they were soggy by the time I made it to my house on bluebonnet less than 5 minutes from this Taco Bell. This location refused to do 2 drive thru orders because the workers were too busy playing on their phones and refused to help.
Love it here
Employees are the worst 0 out of 10 & the Food represents the employees. I’ll never go back here. They literally laughed & joked about getting my order wrong.
