It took an hour to get my food tonight. The lobby was full of people waiting on food, they were sending people on breaks in the lobby and were telling people they wouldn't make their food unless we talked to them about our order
the old lady and guy with long blonde hair are opps. i hate seeing them every time i go to taco bell. i decided to go to don chuys instead bc of them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
I always order the cantina bowl. Ordered 2 bowls this time for me and my brother, and we were ripped off. They totally robbed us. Lazy staff. Do better please
Placed a mobile app order for pickup and it took about 30 minutes past the ETA to be ready. Employees were not helpful and avoided engaging with customers waiting at the counter. The restaurant was dirty, and the food prep area visible from the counter was especially concerning—food on the floor and splatter on the walls. Overall a disappointing experience.
