I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Bell in Payson, Utah on March 12 around 7:45 PM. I placed an online order for pickup and went through the drive-thru, which I’ve done many times before at this location. I have a bad knee, so going inside isn’t ideal for me. When I told the employee I was picking up an order, I was immediately told to come inside in a rude tone. My daughter loves this restaurant. She even paid for me to eat there
Food is tasty. Staff is great!
When we got our food my crunchwrap Supreme had almost no meat in it. I had to add meat when we got home just so I could eat it, our other food fine. For almost 30$ I think I should've gotten more than a small spoonful of smeared meat.
