If I could rate this a lower star I would. I love Taco Bell with a passion so much I spend almost $50 everytime I go which is a lot during the month so I’d say I’m a very good customer and on top of that I even worked at one but what I got to say about the management and service I had tonight was the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen from a restaurant and I ask for specific things and they couldn’t follow that plus when I complained about the service she told me about portions. Been sitting in the driveway for a hour waiting for my food, this is supposed to be fast food not take a hour

Great staff very helpful
Every time I have gone to the Taco Bell in Titusville, about 5 times since I moved here a little over a year ago, the food is always cold and the cheese is never melted unless it is something with cheese sauce. Who wants to bite into a taco and the only thing even close to hot, meaning warm at best is the meat. I am thinking of trying it one more time, hoping they had some complaints and fixed the problem.
