Waited 45 mins for two items on a to go order. Also got nachos fries and no nachos cheese. The manager went out and hit her vape instead of helping the other employees. I get y'all were understaffed but 45 mins is unacceptable.
The manager, Brandon, is the most rude and condescending person I've ever encountered.
