The old manager there is something else, always has attitude when I get my food. Today I went to buy drinks and I’m just getting annoyed with the bot like always, didn’t swear once, just saying omg most the time and I get to the window and she’s telling me they can hear and I don’t have to cuss. If taco bell doesn’t do something about her attitude or the stupid ai. Ima tell my friends and family don’t go to the Durand Taco Bell.
I ordered a cheese chicken quesadilla and had to pay extra for some tomatoes on it. When I got home to eat my food, there were no tomatoes on it and there was sauce on it which I didn't want on it! I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't have to pay extra money for the tomatoes but since I had to pay extra and there was still none on it, Im not thrilled!
This location has always had the BEST customer service which has now been replaced by a robot. I have been coming here for 7 years and am very very disappointed.
Stood in line for more than 10 minutes waiting to be served. They must have been working on a big order, but there was no acknowledgement or "Hey sir, I'll be with you in a minute". Total waste of time
