The worse Taco Bell I've ever been to. I keep trying it out because it's in Durand. I've had hair in my food 2 times now. Today one of my tacos was not wrapped. I bit into it and there is a hair in the meat! Again. Also something hard. I spit it all out. Called to let them know and the employee kind of giggled and says " hope you have a better day." This place needs some major overhauling. Over a year later, 2021. The food had gotten better a few months after original post. Now it's like any other Taco Bell.
Shout out to Nathaniel, Landon and Holly at the Durand location! Great food, prepared to order and in a timely manner. Super friendly and helpful, kudos everyone! Thank you 👍😊

chips always tasting like they were deep fried inside of a nuclear reactor. two stars for the workers occasionally not body doubling to do a one person task
