There needs to be at least 2 packs of hot sauce per entrée. We had six entrée. Four packs don't do it.
Very poor experience at Taco Bell. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick up my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food place. What made it worse was that the staff showed no concern—no updates, no apology, nothing.
Listen! We ordered 2 family packs at 8:00 at night and they had it to us in less than 10 minutes. This location did incredible.
