Pathetic
After a horrible travel day from Virginia to North Carolina, which included a 6hr emergency room visit, we were tired, hungry, and desperately looking for an open bathroom. It was almost 1 am and most places were closed but we found this taco bell open. The staff was extremely friendly, food was fresh, and they even let us inside to use the restroom since everything else was closed. It meant so much in that moment and we are truly grateful
I would prefer to provide a five-star rating; however, I am compelled to leave a negative review due to the inability to contact the restaurant. I mistakenly placed an order at this location and found the phone line to be completely unresponsive. I request that the branch manager resolve this technical issue and process a refund for my order. Should the management contact me to address these concerns, I would be willing to reconsider my rating.
