That red headed blonde lookin girl in the drive thru refused, REFUSED, to give me water telling me they were too busy when they had no one in the drive thru, she then got an extremely hateful attitude for me just wanting some water. Literally fire her. Shes going to only cause you issues in the future. Literally held my drink out of view while she took my twenty five cents, I have no clue if she did something or not but that is 100% unacceptable.

I had a "grab & Go " order. And this location does not set their pickup orders on the rack. (Maybe they have trouble with theft? If this is the case, then they need to do better job of acknowledging customers when they come in.) Finally after waiting on 8 or 10 cars from the drive-thru , and half a dozen people waiting in the lobby they come over and get my order. This establishment is administrated and managed by some lady named Hope That is very disrespectful and does not understand things that go on. I spent about $22 there and they messed up my whole order and continued to proceed that I was in the world and not taking the customer site very unprofessional and I hope everybody that reads review you should reach out to corporate because they’re not professional.

There are a couple employees here who are really nice and kind, but good god this is the worst Taco Bell on earth. Our food is wrong literally every single time we go and there are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS things missing from boxes and combos and stuff.
