Every time I come to this Taco Bell, I get greeted by friendly employees. Not to mention Kyle goes above and beyond, even if there was a Taco Bell closer I would still go here. Thanks for having great service!!!
It’s happened multiple times now that my order has been messed up. Every time I order the Deluxe Box with a Gatorade, they give me beef instead of chicken even though my receipt clearly says “chicken.” On top of that, my drink always tastes way sweeter than it should, like extra sweetener or flavoring was added. This only seems to happen during the night shift, which is really disappointing😐
The AI sucks. Stop replacing real people with AI slop.

She got my whole order wrong. Wrong meat, burrito, sause, quasadia, and tacos. Reminded her my order, still got it wrong. I love you Taco Bell, but you can do better.
