Went through the drive through and ordered food for the family.. the workers acted like they were pissed off that we were even there.. when we pulled up to the window there was two guys with their backs up against the window and we waited a while before they opened it to speak to us.. we also got the window slammed in our face multiple times as we were asking for drink carrier, sauce etc. They forgot two things in our order so we went back around and had to get it and no suprise they were once again rude.. one of the things ... read more
I love paying for modifications to my food and them just throwing the ones that were on the hot box at me without doing any modifications for it. Thanks!
Please make sure if you have someone on the front line register they are familiar with products and ordering. Also had to wait over 20 minutes on our food. Then another 5 to 10 minutes because we didn't receive our whole order. Customer service could use an improvement! Ordered DOUBLE beef burritos and got hardly any beef, almost all rice! Your app needs lots of improvement
I usually go to Taco bell during the day but my pregnancy cravings hit kinda late. This was the worst food and service I've ever gotten from here. I hardly ate any of my food and my husband said he was used to his being cold so he didnt notice much a difference. Its always such a hit or miss but the food was so undercooked and the night staff was extremely rude.
The night shift crew need training. We sat for 30 minutes in line and by the time we received our order after reiterating what I ordered four times, the tacos were wrong and it was just a shell. No meat, nothing. Too lazy to cook up more food needed for the next two hours that the store is open. We immediately took it back and got our money after they wanted to charge over $10 for it. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Do better
