Manager was very unwelcoming, extremely unfriendly and rude. Big puddle of water on the floor and I politely asked him if he knew of it and he responded very rude so he went to out sign. No clean up. Store floor felt sticky and smelled. Min we walked in got the bad smell. I don't usually do reviews but this one was absolutely the worse meal I had to swollow. Year 5 of asking you guys to PUT CINNAMON ON YOUR CINNAMON TWISTS. This is not brain surgery. Every single other Taco Bell in the area does! Service is also obscenely slow and the restaurant is filthy. Ownership is absolutely awful here.
Hi I gave a 4 just for the apology and what seemed to be a misunderstanding that I had backed out of my order - I was upset that I had to rush to work but I saw a sincere apology from drive thru lady and manager. I just want to encourage you that I believe with your right heart attitude and thus atmosphere, improved communication and workflow will make for more good reviews 🙏🙌
I am writing this review not because I want compensation, but because customers deserve to know what they may be walking into and because whoever owns or oversees this location needs to pay attention. On June 19, 2026, my wife placed a mobile pickup order at approximately 10:30 PM for the Taco Bell on Randall Road in South Elgin. The app indicated the order would be ready in about 10 minutes.
