By far the worst taco bell in the US. Just close it already. And yes I know its taco bell so shouldn't expect much but this place is horrible
Loads of Cockroaches everywhere especially by the outside area. Very dirty Restaurant.
After an hour wait trapped in the drive thru I reach the window. Only to be told … ma’am it’s gonna be a while before we can get your food made. My experience at Mt. Holly, NC Taco Bell was very frustrating from start to finish. The service was extremely SLOW and the employees including the manager seemed disengaged. After waiting far longer than reasonable for a simple order, the food I received was cold, stale, and sloppily prepared. I asked to speak with the manager and before I could speak he apologized for the wait , threw me a free taco card and slammed the window in my face.
