Slightly smaller than many of the numerous TBs I've had the opportunity to eat at, the food was the same great quality as all others. The staff were obviously fatigued from a busy day, but we're very polIte and quick with my meal. Thank you for great service
The young guy working during night shift was very rude and service was not good.
Went through the drive through and ordered my usual order. I asked what zero sugar options they had to drink and was met with "We don't give nutrition advice." I clarified I just wanted to know what diet drinks they had. They still refused. Didn't know you need to be a certified nutrionist to tell me what diet drinks are on tap. Pathetic.
Came to Taco Bell because I was sad, and y’all truly just made me more sad. You guys didn’t follow a single request when we listed very specific modifications, each listed on the receipt as confirmation that the instructions WERE received without issue. On top of that, all of the food was cold. One of the tacos was thrown into the bag, broken and falling out of the wrapper everywhere. No wonder your reviews are so low. Please teach your staff how to do their job properly.
Placed a pick up order at 11 today to be made/picked up at 12. Minutes after I ordered I received notification that my food was ready. Upon arrival to the store I asked that the employees confirm that they hadn't left my food sitting for nearly an hour and they told me they hadn't and that the food was fresh. Color me surprised when I arrived at home to find my food ice cold, soggy and stale.
