I eat chicken quesadillas about three times a week and today my second quesadilla smelled like cigarette smoke, the quesadilla was overall fine just the smell coming off of it make it difficult to continue to eat

So I’ve never had such a terrible experience anywhere. I never received my order so I called the store where I was first told they didn’t have my order, another store did. After calling around I was told they were the only store to have my order. I called back and they admitted to having it and then the lady who I was speaking to handed over the phone to another girl who I assumed was the manager. Service was a little slow but they had no shows on staff. Manager handled it like a trooper!

I'm crying as I'm writing this, I'm a very nice understanding human being. I went to pick up a order Merita asked the name I said the name and showed her my phone name. I reached for the bag and she yanked it away from me demanding for my phone. I used to work at Taco Bell for 6 years was a manager at one point had great views and never once have I treated a customer like this.
