Food is almost always right and it’s pretty good, but it gets VERY busy late at night. The service is pretty much always exceptional, we had an extremely nice young man tonight (9/17 @ midnight) who apologized for the wait I hope he and the others are fairly compensated for their hard work at these late hours. This is the only fast food place I can eat so I appreciate yall!
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant to date. I hate to be that guy but there is just no possible way for an order to take well over an hour at quieter times in the night. It’s unacceptable.
Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at ANY fast food establishment in over 30 YEARS. Took over 45 MINUTES for a simple small order for one person in the middle of the night. No explanation from the staff. Wouldn’t have wasted my time and would have left had I not already paid!! Felt like a hostage. The staff was in over there head with nothing to say for themselves. Will never eat at another Taco Bell. While I watch employees walking around inside doing nothing. Pathetic. Don’t waste your time!!
