I get long waits for food during rush, but the employee told me he couldn't even give me the small cup I ordered for my SCREAMING 1 year old "until lunch rush is over." I PAID FOR IT. THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK TO TELL ME THAT WAS LONGER THAN IF YOU JUST HANDED IT TO ME. Waited TEN MINUTES before finally telling them I'm not gonna wait anymore for a SMALL CUP for a BABY. Other people came and went and orders in the drive thru came and went. I will escalate this as high as possible because it was ridiculous.
Paid for 2 Supreme and got just bean at drive through
Horrible. Bad. Sucky. Bitchy. Horrible workers. Horrible service. Sat for over a half an hour for a dine in order and said they never started it. Pathetic
There floors ARE STICKYYY!!! they’re manager is rude and it says there hiring but never hires anyone new, there trash over flows, there’s no one that cleans the lobby ever!!!! Teenage kids are running around and the workers all laugh!!
