I chose drive through pickup in the app because it is available. We arrived at the restaurant and waited five minutes before we were served. Then gave the name for the order and waited five more minutes where they then asked again what we wanted, and told them again we are picking up. We were then informed we had to go inside because they had drive through orders to fulfill. We asked why we needed to go inside and the female on the speaker said “just park and come inside”. We go there a lot. Service is great and all is good except the rice...Only complaint is the rice is dry and hard. Every couple of weeks I'll get the bean rice burrito, and same thing with the hard rice.
