Line Manager’s conduct was unprofessional and dismissive I returned with cold food and said not to take it if they wouldn’t accept a return. The manager, Andre, took it anyway, later said it was trashed due to “cross-contamination,” refused a refund or remake, and didn’t provide my receipt. I was left waiting ~20 minutes without updates, then told to “order again or leave,” with threats to remove me. I left with no food, no refund, and no receipt. I enjoy dropping by the drive up when that gorgeous thing is working it.
We all make fun of Taco Bell, but at the end of the day, we're STILL going to Taco Bell. 😂
