Bad food bad service it gave me cyclospora
Came into the store both Kiosks were not working. All employees watched myself an an older couple trying to order. Had to yell for someone to help. The manager totally ignored the 5 people trying to get assistance. The young tall person said the kiosks were not working and we would have to wait for the drive thru person. I’ve given this Taco Bell more chances than I can count, and unfortunately it has been the same experience almost every single time. No matter how simple my order is, something is wrong. I order the exact same thing nearly every visit, and even when it’s just one small modification, they still manage to get it wrong. Let’s start at the drive through speaker, first thing that was mentioned was some mumble about form of payment “exact change or card” to be exact, which was no problem considering we paid with a card. Once up to the window, we were greeted with pure nastiness, we handed over the card, and were quite literally tossed our food.
