Placed our order online since it was a bigger order. Pulled up to the drive thru and and let them know we were there to pick up an online order. We should have known we were in for a treat with the tone the girl had through the speaker. Pulled up the window was not greeted or handed drinks. Two or three girls just stood there , their backs to the window , talking and scheming. Every time I go to this location they find some way to mess up the order or forget something. Also tell the associates to keep their voices down in the background when a customer is ordering. We can hear them making comments about the food they get paid to make.
Went the the drive thru just as the rain storm hit. And still had great service
We paid for food that was missing from the bag, our kids didnt get what they wanted. Food that was given was soggy and cold.
