Terrible. Even after I had to flatten my quesadilla, it’s still wrinkled from being balled up in the bag. It’s also cut unevenly, showing no effort. On top of that, there were three items total, two of them I asked for no sour cream. Of course, one of the two items had sour cream. Which leads me to believe they heard me, however, gave me something that was already made. The cashier in the drivethru almost threw my food into my truck. Terrible I cant stand taco bell anymore every order for the past yr had been messed up I no longer eat at taco bell all locations in town are bad for it even with tbe simplest orders
I'll never eat at Taco Bell again. There are other taco places around. They are very rude and don't care about the customers. All you hear is employees complaining about everything and they don't want to be there. They slam your food on the counter and walk away after you've waited over 20 minutes. The managers are just as bad as the employees. No sense of urgency. There are times I'm by myself and literally no one in drive-thru or inside and still wait 15-20 minutes.
