Always mess up my online orders and the quality just isn’t good. Wait time usually long as well. Reminded again why I usually drive the extra time to Bechtle over eating at this one anymore.

Havent ordered from Taco Bell for a few years. We craved basic hard taco, soft taco, bean burrito. Upon entering, didnt immediately get the register+kiosk layout at counter. Stood at counter and none of the employees standing their acknowledged my presence. OK, realizing I look like an idiot, used the kiosk to order. After several minutes (not fast), food arrives.
