The register at this place is not working. So you are forced to use the kiosk. That is fine as long as they clean the kiosk! When I look at these kiosks, they look very grimy, dusty and dirty. They did not look like they were touched in well over 2 months there is that much dust layered on it. Seriously? We just came in here at 10 pm and they said they wouldn't serve anybody else tonight. Excuse me? So you just make up times when you wanna work? Real good work.
Had a mobile order. Pulled up to the menu and they asked if I had a mobile order I gave them the name. They asked me to sit at the menu until they tell me to pull up to the window. 35 minutes later and 8 cars behind me and I'm still waiting. I have came before using the mobile order and they never answered the speaker so after 20 minutes I pulled up to the window.
