35 minutes for some burritos? Other people showed up ordered at the counter got their food and left. When I finally got my food I said it’s been 35 mins just saying she blankly stared at me and said ok… y’all need to figure your stuff out that’s ridiculous. There was no one in the drive through and barely anyone in the lobby….
Waited over 20 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me.
Used to be better. It’s getting slower and there has been missing food from our order. I contacted them and no response. They also didn’t receive an online order and we had to reorder it when we got there. The drive thru is narrow and once you’re in it you can’t get out if you change your mind because they’re out of something. My nachos were a bunch of crumbs from the bottom of a chip bag.
If I could give them 0 stars I would!!
Sat in drive through over 20 minutes after paying. Employee was complaining they didn't have enough people and the people that just came on shift don't work the line.....they would if I was management and backed up
