Didn’t get food, misses atleast one item per order, in this case two items and got the items i did get wrong.
Why order on the app if they don’t start making it until you get there. They are always so slow.
45 minutes for nacho fries and a pinky baja blast, then they had the nerve to give me sprite in the baja cup. terrible service.
Absolutely horrible. I would rather drive 40 minutes to the Taco Bell in Joplin than rather eat here. Drive thru service is disgraceful. The guy didn’t even acknowledge that me and my 4 kids were sitting right in front of his face. I’m so disgusted by his behavior that I threw up after we left. His breath was horrible as well. When I went inside to report my cold food, he went straight to the back and started complaining loudly about me. He then refused to give my daughter cheese sauce . We are black as well . Okay bye
