The food isn’t bad. The service is ok. The dinning room is generally clean but the music is awful and painfully loud. Prices are also much higher than I would expect for a restaurant like this.
Everytime i come here the order is rather incorrect, or the food is not made correctly. I ordered a quesadilla today and the cheese wasn’t even melted at all. Usually I don’t post reviews but this has happened over and over again. Plus it took 15 minutes to get this when there was only one other person in here, you would think the cheese would be melted by then.
Line worker ON PERSONAL phone call walking around behind the register, with GLOVES ON!!... Other guy no gloves, but he wasnt making the food. Do I think the guy is going to continie making food wearing the same cell phone gloves? Yes..so I left. No thank you food poisioning.
I come here frequently and they are consistently pretty great. Friendly workers, great service, and they very rarely mess up my order (and I usually do a decent amount of mods). I'd go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because its better than most. 5 stars!
