Went to Taco Bell late last night to get food drive thru took my order rang it up correctly charged extra for sour cream, I get it I get home not only to find out that they did not put the sour cream on what I added it too but also not on what it was supposed to already come on, called the store and spoke to Ashley the manager and she told me they would replace the food whenever I could make it back, ok cool, go back today to get the replacement order, they made me come inside to get it, ok cool no big deal, considering I ju... read more
They close at 5:00 a.m. but you show up at 10:30 cannot get a sweet tea cuz I stopped making it at 9:00 p.m. then the drive-thru window lady is really rude you asked for some mild sauce and no we don't have that sorry and shut the door
Shawnna the assistant manager replaced our order with class and friendly made us feel heard and fixed the issue she deserves a raise no doubt.
EVERY time we go to this Taco Bell it's a lesson on how shitty fast food can really get. The service sucks, the food sucks and this is EASILY the biggest rip off in Bartlesville. I would give 0 stars if it let me.
