Only gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was delicious. Whatever cashier is under "Stanislaus S" needs a serious talking to about customer service and how to keep customers wanting to come back. He was rude, sarcastic and arrogant. I would never recommend coming to this place if hes working the night shifts.
I was literally served trash. This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever went to. My food looks horrible like someone’s left overs. I don’t generally leave bad reviews but this is terrible. I wouldn’t serve this to my dog.
I had a review for this location from a couple years back that said the quality and customer service was slipping. Well, it slipped away and fell off a cliff. Every time you go through the drive through they ask you to drive around so they can up their metrics of how fast they get customers through, half the time their oil is so old and rancid that items are inedible, and don't even dream of things that should be crunchy actually being crunchy. This location does not ever answer the phone. This is ridiculous and someone from corporate needs to fix this issue.
