I’m very patient with fast food and think I have reasonable expectations. But this location just sucks. It took 30 minutes for 2 orders. While I was waiting the employees were arguing about what has been made and what hasn’t been made yet. Meanwhile everything they were making was coming out wrong. 03/30/2025 around 2pm

i don’t EVER leave nasty reviews because as someone who has worked in fast food, i know things happen. however, in the last 4 months EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i come to this specific location, no matter the time of day, something about my order is wrong. every time ive ever ordered nacho fries they are cold, hard, and old. even if asked to make fresh they often put new fries on top of old fries and it’s very noticeable. every order something is made wrong or just completely missing. i often pay for extra cheese/sauce/ect. and it ... read more
Employees prioritize drive through times over dine in customers. Dine-in took 1 hour to receive my $60 order. If you are looking for fast food, go to a real restaurant and you will be served faster.
