Ordered at the kiosk. Fifteen minutes no food, no drinks, no one even acknowledged we were there. Too busy doing drive through orders to take care of in person customers. Had the holler to get someone’s attention to check on our food. Completely incompetent management.

Had one of the greatest experience today at Taco Bell here inHondo Texas. I walked in to the restaurant and the staff was very courteous and attentive. My food seemed like it had just been prepared. However the awesome experience came when a homeless gentleman walked in and asked if he could have a glass of water.
