We always love this location. Never any issues, no wait, friendly staff. However, last night we ordered online and when i went to get my food, another customer had come to the counter with an incorrect item so I checked my bag while waiting for my drinks. Sure enough I was missing one burrito. An employee quickly helped me and made my burrito for me. He also gave us a free 6 piece Cinnabons to make up for the inconvenience. This type of customer service is why we always go back to the store!
Asked for a bunch of fire sauce and they gave me 2 then didn’t want to give me more
Placed an order online and waited a little bit but I had placed it and pulled into the drive thru so that’s my own fault. The older-ish guy in the window was really friendly and gave me some extra sauces.
