I have been eating at this place for years and never had a complaint until today. It's hot so I ask about he happy hour and the cashier Quadijia A told me it last until 5. Cool. I asked for my normal drink and added a freeze drink because again ITS HOT! I didn't know about the upcharge on new flavors so when I got to the window she let me know about the upcharge and why it was that price. BEST LOCATION I'VE VISITED IN A LOOONNNNNG TIME. I was visiting from Greenville NC-& every last location in Greenville & Winterville SUCKS!!!!! Everyone at this location was nice, the slushy I ordered was top-tier. I ordered the same slushy or freeze from the newest location in Greenville on Firetower Rd.... & I don't understand how one can screw up a slushy!! Even the hospitality was awful.
