We frequently travel to Rockwall, we usually order food delivery on UberEats. This is not the first time we order from Taco Bell. And every time we receive our order, the hot sauces are always MISSING. Even though we added it on our order. Last night we got our order without the hot sauces. This kind of stuff is completely unacceptable. Over 10 mins late with 4 people working on one order.
Called to speak to someone about something in my food and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Rushing on my lunch break, before even taking a bite I noticed something in my food that shouldn’t have been there. After looking further I’m still unsure as to what this is, and I also found hair stuck on the cheese. This is absolutely disgusting and needs to be taken care of.
