Placed an order online and went to pick it up but nobody was at the store. Can't find a way to cancel and contacted corporate.
The food is always fine to me, i get it all the time but something that is not up to par is the freeze drinks. And this has been a problem for the past 5 years I’ve lived in rockwall. Every time i get a Baja blast freeze it tastes odd, like moldy or a like a rotten sock and i believe it’s because they don’t clean the machines every day. Please fix that so i can enjoy my Baja blast freeze again.
ever since I started going to this location like three years ago, the freeze drinks ALWAYS taste like mold. I swear they never clean the machines. I wait a couple months thinking maybe itll taste better and it never does. NEVER get the freezes its so nasty ewwwww
