Food sat around before being handed to me.. everything was cold and stale.
Free cups for water no longer provided. Now against their policy according to the gentleman that served us when I came in with my dad. I asked since when and he said three months ago. Funny thing is that I was there two weeks ago with my dad and requested a small cup for water. Can you at least offer to sell an empty small cup to get water to have with your meal? Went here recently and ordered a few double stacks and 3 cheese chicken flat breads and after eating the food I felt like crap for 3 days. Maybe it's just the quality of Taco Bell these days but I won't be coming back to this place.
Had a guy here take my order. He was not on the job and I could tell. He was funny and knew the staff though, and I did have no issues otherwise
