What ever happened to customer interactions. The staff is not friendly. The tables were all dirty and the floor was just as bad. Working in the food industry I know if there is time to be on your phone there is time to clean a dining room. This makes me so sad because we enjoy dining out.
Messed up our entire order. We had to repeat ourselves probably 10 different times, we double checked the order rang in and STILL everything was wrong! if you’re in the mood for taco bell make the drive to wooster street. much better service and never missed my order so far! do better!
