I waited 10 to 15 minutes before someone assisted I kept saying excuse me and then some of the food was spicy which I wasn't aware of at the time of ordering when I went back to the counter it took 5 to 10 minutes to be acknowledged again kept saying excuse me the young man I don't know if he was a manager or not he told me I exchange it I only asked for ones taco which was 3 plus dollars in exchange and he said no.
Serving old food. Nacho chips were so soggy and the beans started to dry and the taste was off
The building is pretty nice. The interior seems pretty good but the people work in the Drive-Thru are really really slow. When I went in there there was no cars only me. I ordered a Luke's box and it still took more than 10 minutes to get the order. Taking minus was a mobile order as well. Perhaps the crew but not a really good service
