So, being (as far as I'm aware) one of the first dozen or so customers to ever have nacho fries in the area, I'm addicted. Imagine my disappointment then, when I drive up at 130 AM and nobody will answer the drive through, or come to the window. How disappointing. BUT... The daytime manager, Lexi, the next day was very kind and sweet, and took right care of me. Thank you so much for letting me be shameless and feeding my addiction.
The staff/restaurant experience: I ordered through the app, still ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my order inside the restaurant. I was never acknowledged by the staff while I was standing inside the building. After some time, I saw them packing up my order and sitting it by the window instead of the walk-in pick up area. I said, "Excuse me, that's my order." And the young lady (Belinda?) handed it to me without a word. Could be everyone's first day in a service industry position, I don't know.
