DON'T DO IT! Keep driving, it will be faster to go down the interstate to the next Taco Bell and drive back. Sitting in deive trhu for over 40 minutes, trapped like a rat. They are averaging about 8-9 minutes per order. Good thing I have a full tank of gas. I am not from this area. How does this place stay in business?
System was “down” when we went to the drive through. Waited about 45 minutes for them to even see our order and start making it. Pulled in the driveway to see what appeared to be the manager in a very inappropriate personal dispute. Very unprofessional environment.
Used to love this store but they have gone to the darkside where you have to do EVERYTHING yourself. Kinda funny how they won't take your order but they sure can take your payment if it's cash. They can take your order in drive thru but you inside customers don't matter. The food has gone two separate ways. The quality of their products have gone downhill while the prices go thru the roof, makes great sense to me. If you're gonna change me this much I want a complete Taco not an order of nachos in a taco wrapper.
