The end is near. This organization has obviously forgotten who the customer is. Seems to me they take us for granted, not only their customer but food quality as well as price. No great hurry to complete orders timely and accurately, and the prices are unjustified, in my opinion. This might be a bit harsh, but I'm speaking about the franchise as a whole and not specifically just this location. I travel extensively. It's not my first choice by a long stretch.
Sat in line for 50 minutes. Once you get in line, you are stuck due to concrete and large boulders. The staff was polite, but please get them some help. Sounds like understaffing is a common problem and easy to solve by management.
Long lines at drive thru made us go inside. Service was slow and they messed up every order I saw them make. Complaints were meet with eye rolls. You have to make your order on their kiosks btw
