Granted, we went after a concert so it was around 1AM, but there was loud music playing inside. There were many cats parked in the lot waiting on there drive thru did. They tried to give us the wrong order... Twice... When we did get our food, it was not good. My taco hardly had anything in it and it was missing cheese. My quesadilla only had stuff in half of it and not a lot of steak. They also upcharged for the steak even though they should have just swapped it.
Ordered a steak burrito, they decided to change my order to a steak burrito with no steak instead of telling me they were out of steak. give me my money back.
Worst customer service we have seen. We decided to quit going there a couple months ago because of the people that work there. Went back today and nothings changed. They don't smile or say thank you, or make sure when they call your name you get your order. Be a long time before we try again!
