Got my order wrong, and food tasted old, tortillas were hard, 5 layer beefy burrito was lacking and was skinny and empty pretty much. Ordered supreme tacos and got regular.
First of all, the employees here are dirty, rude, and slow. Second the AI talk bot has now gotten 3 orders wrong. Taco made sense when it was affordable and when you ordered something you got it, now i’m paying 3x as much for crappy tacos that an AI is going to mess up anyways, will no longer be going back
Came and ordered a mini taco and received barely any beef at all within the order. I get it's a mini, but there's barely a spoonful within an entire shell. I kid you not, three pieces of beef within a shell 10x the size. At this point I'm just eating veggies.
