The food was good, and affordable, good choices. But I placed the order online and the email said my food was ready. When I arrived, the staff acted like they didnt even know I made an order and I had to wait for them to make it. Even then the food was warm, not hot. Kinda disappointed. They weren't rude so thats a plus.
So I walked in and asked for help to place an order and I'm physically disabled and there were 3 able body people who were to busy talking amongst themselves to help me. Therefore, I walked out!! I'll be filling a complaint with the ADA office and Taco Bell's Corporate office. I guess customer service does not matter at this location and this is why your staff will be replaced by robots!!!!
