This is the sole Taco Bell I get food from on a regular basis, but the overall flavor of the food (no matter what you get, everything is just bland slop) and the reliability of my order getting correct has gone downhill over the last 6 years that I have lived in the Elmira area. I don't think it's this location specifically, but an overall brand issue, as it may be due to the menu being overly complicated, items being changed up, and just an overall use of just plain poor quality recipes and ingredients. This experience was absolute garbage. First off they prepared my Chalupa Supreme wrong, then they lied and told me it was done right at the window. Then the mini taco salad shell tasted like it was fried in old oil and tasted absolutely gross. The burrito tortilla was hard and chewy like it was made with stale tortillas. I have came here several times after work, they are never actually closed but there is always an inconvenience or they say they are closed or have been out of the same thing for the past month. Also they always make you wait when there is no wait needed. And the workers are disrespectful about it or my order is always messed up. I have many things that I can say about this Taco Bell but in the kindest words you need a more competent team to run this store.
They got our order correct and the food was really good. The staff member was friendly. The drink didn't really taste like Pepsi, very watered down. The only complaint I really have is the paving in their drive thru and parking lot. It is absolutely horrendous and someone could get lost in the amount and size of potholes.
