We had a pretty large group of about 16 people, and considering that, they did pretty well. We divided our order into about five separate orders, but we were missing three items and three of the burritos were incorrectly labeled. I understand that large groups can be overwhelming, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. The staff was very kind and helpful about fixing the issues with our orders.
The guy at the register was awful. Does not admit wrong BUT the biggest problem is the way he shouts at the stuff! Little man on a big power trip! was there on 4/26/26 at 1pm if that helps determining who he is. Abusive to his stuff.
Taira customer service was great
We went it at 9pm and after an hour of waiting they gave us the wrong food which turned out to have little to no filling. We paid full price for whatever they happened to have leftover at the end of the night..... Employees seemed completely lost, the place was filthy and the garbage cans were overflowing. Never going back.
It's Taco Bell, which is great "Mexican" food. Staff is friendly and takes care of getting food out fast. The manager on shift, Ashley, did a great job taking care of helping customers, as well as helping call out orders. Altogether a great experience.
