This is my Nacho BelGrande with extra beef. I can't do this anymore. 3 times out of 4 are bad visits. No more.
I’ve had above average experience at this Taco Bell, which I don’t mind, but when I pay extra for something and they don’t include it is where it really upsets me. I ordered extra fiesta potatoes. And this is below normal in my opinion.
Did a mobile order on 3/6/25 for drive thru approximately 6;15pm, when I arrived was told there was no mobile order and kept insisting did I have the right location and confirmed the plaza Dr location as stated in my confirmation, was treated rudely and then asked if they would take my order and some other associate spoke up and said. O I could leave. Very unprofessional, advised I would contact the manager. I wasn’t aware Taco Bell didn’t want to serve paying customers.
