Employee is not friendly play on her phone for the whole time
If I could give 0 I would. It was not the the people working it is the establishment and companies fault, 40 mins in the drive through and no food. I tried going to the bathroom and they said no because they had 3 workers. Problem solving would have been closing the pre orders, not having one employee monitoring a door that could be locked , or having someone tell incoming customers that it will be a very long wait and order at their own discretion.
Don't go at night. You will be there an unreasonably long amount of time. Well over 45 minutes and it's likely to be missing something
Very rude staff did not acknowledge customers or food delivery workers, they just gossiped and laughed amongst themselves and the dining area was filthy
barely any beef on any of the food.. and its all cold.. never again
