I order ahead on the app all the time here. My orders are always right. Yes sometimes its busy and the wait is longer than usual. That's every restaurant. Nuke, whom I assume is one of the managers, is always quick to say hi and see what i need. Ordering on a screen in the lobby is different than it used to be but that's also becoming normal. I give smiles away and I often get them back when I'm here.
Food is always made wrong when we order from here. The last time I went my 5 layer burrito was squeezed hard enough where my meat came out of the side. There is only one person that is polite and i rarely get to see them (believe the name was Cass) everyone is not polite or just won’t speak to you at the drive thru. There was even a time a girl was working the drive thru and handed us our order, my brother sipped his Baja blast and it was rough. The service was absolutely terrible, and that service was from the manager. I would never recommend this Taco Bell.
Worst taco bell ever employees do not know how to make food properly and it sucked...ps.why can they never take a order at the register???????
I’d give zero stars if I could. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst! Everytime we have gone here it’s a 20+ minute wait in the drivethrough and we get home to start eating and everything is always incorrectly made, poorly put together or so cold you can’t even eat it. Half the time items are missing but you can’t even check to make sure it’s all there since all the items are tossed in the bag like garbage you have to hope it’s right.
