I had a mobile order this evening and as I was pulling in, there was an emergency happening in the parking lot involving a child. It was a very extreme emergency and out of respect for the family, I will not post the details. I parked my car and got out to help immediately with a few others, and was helping while the EMT’s were on their way. I’m not sure what went wrong, because this used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but this location has gone from a 5 star to barely a 2 star. First, the service. I don’t expect anyone to be bowing down to me or even going the extra mile for that matter, but when I get to the window and there’s absolutely no form of acknowledgement other than “here, go”, it doesn’t make my experience any better. Food is as expected, but the service was excellent! The woman at the counter was friendly and very helpful!
