Over 45 minutes for $15 of food is a bit crazy. Staff was very rude as well.
The absolute worst Taco Bell in all of Northern Michigan wait times are in excess of 45 minutes for two chicken quesadillas and three tacos. We ordered ahead of time before we got here and we’ve still been waiting 40 minutes. Back 35 to 40 years ago as a manager of a Taco Bell we had to keep our times under three minutes. The goal was 1 1/2 minutes. They must completely have forgotten that process makes no sense. We could’ve ordered fine dining in the same amount of time.
I waited in line for 30 mins got the wrong food they did not give me a receipt check my bag wrong food go in tell them they look for my food find it tell me I can keep the food I already paid for that was not mine I said no take it back want my money back they said do you have a receipt I said they did not get one then she asked me if I have PROOF it really blowed my mind I said well I was just in the drive thru and brought this food in and maybe if you guys were doing your job instead of play rock paper scissors and dancing... read more
You know it was just a Taco Bell KFC fast food nothing special but it was nice cuz my buddy's got the Taco Bell and I received KFC
