Lobby was absolutely disgustingly filthy while people were just standing around goofing off. They forgot things in our order. Stood at the counter for awhile with no one around to assist. Had my husband not wanted Taco Bell, I’d have never ordered from here, as this happened too many times for me to want to go back. This restaurant needs some serious staffing/management help.
Y'all rationing on cheese around here or what? Barely any cheese all throughout my CHEESY gordita crunch. 🧍♀️ For the cost I expect it to be cheesy tf. Even skimped on the cheese in between the shell and tortilla.
I love Taco Bell but they ALWAYS mess up my order or it’s occasionally warm.
Ordered online .. got the wrong meat in my too spicy to eat chicken Quesadilla. Mostly all sauce. Chalupa were flat .. no meat in those either. I couldn't eat .. the one who did .. ate both meals and still hungry. Complete waste of money. If you can fold it in ½ to box .. there's something wrong.
Took almost an hour to get two cheesy Gordita crunches
