Been eating here 20 years this is the worst it's ever been. Kitchen staff needs to get their act together and the girl at the register was rude.
Every time I come here they are very friendly, and have never messed up my order.
This place has a serious need for management. Was in there today at 6:15pm and there was 0 direction, employee taking my order was clueless. Order 1 combo upgraded to a large and she tried to hand me 2 different drinks. I ordered 1. She couldnt comprehend, asked another employee, they ignored her she went to the back and I left and went to culvers. Train your people, the management team should be embarrassed.
