Okay, I used to really like this taco bell. It was second favorite here in chico but recently it has really sucked. Today I ordered an in store pickup because I had a 99c value cravings menu item on the app that I could not order inside or in drive-thru. I got the beefy loaded nachos, no beef add potatoes, no beans add black beans and extra nacho cheese. Unclean and grimy, they made order wrong, loud atmosphere as the workers shout over eachother, and the manager was extremely rude when asking for sauce.
They gave the slowest service I've ever had. And there a bit stingy with the ground beef in the tacos.
